SCRIPTURE INDEX GUIDEHover cursor over footnotes to view - do not click on them.
With cursor positioned over open footnotes you can scroll either up or down.
Key to using this Index: This verse index was created, firstly, to give the reader a chronological list of all those verses used within the LBCF 1689, and secondly, with the intent of demonstrating that a number of verses are used on more than one occasion within several diverse chapters of the Confession, and finally, to allow the user links to quickly access any of those assorted locations (faster than you can turn a page) for cross referencing. An example of this is:
Gen. 1:27
Gen. 1:27 So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
KJV

C4. P2.

KJV
; 19 1 1
C19. P1.
1. Gen. 1:27; Eccles. 7:29:

—————————— § ——————————
Eccles. 7:29 Lo, this only have I found, that God hath made man upright; but they have sought out many inventions.
